So Jack has a laptop story of his own.Now it looks like I have one too
Okay so the story starts a little over a month ago when I bought my Dell XPS M1530 from Best Buy, and I really wasn’t expecting any problems, because all of my previous purchases from Dell had never brought me computers with problems, so I didn’t think I’d have to deal with problems that I would need help with.So I got a laptop, and everything seemed well, but about two weeks later, the laptop started having glitches. It all started out with this glitch involving the Vista button and I couldn’t seem to click it after playing Maple or any other full screen program. And now, whenever I flip down the lid, the system either restarts, even though i set it to go to sleep, sleeps, or shuts down. That is just so annoying -.-. And if I set it to do nothing, the touch pad stops working when I flip it back up, and I don’t have a wireless mouse. Zzz And now the 14 return days are over. Wud am I gunna do now o_O

Considering getting one too, not too sure if it a good idea for me. GL with Maple!
14 days purely means you cant refund the laptop anymore.

That seems like the ones you bought and according to the online specs, it has 1 year limited warranty so you should still be fine. That is, you can try contacting dell directly via email or phone or you can contact Best Buy and ask them to do it for you. That’s as far as you can go in terms of stuff like that. I wish you luck,
